Conventional wisdom has not really helped matters when figuring out the best way to stay on the fitness task before you. Set attainable goals

As humans, we all need a little bit of fun on what we do to stay motivated. If you are exercising alone, you can look for a partner to make it more interesting. Also, you need to select workouts and activities you truly enjoy.  This way, it will be hard to lose motivation.
